SOMEHOW NEWZEALAND IS WARY OF PAKISTAN. EXCEPT 1 MATCH THE PAKIS HV THRASHED THEM ALL THE WAY.
NZ. CANT GET THROUGH THE DEFEAT THEY SUFFERED AT THE 1992 WORLD CUP. HAVING BEATEN EVERY TEAM IN THE ROUND ROBIN STAGE THEY LOST THE FINAL LEAGUE AGAINST PAKISTAN.
THE NEXT TIE S/F THOUGH NZ HAD THE EDGE TILL THE 40TH OVER INZI AND MOIN KHAN PULLED OFF A GREAT WIN WITH MIANDAD AT THE OTHER END.
THAT WAS HEARTBREAKING DEFEAT WITH SEVERAL NZ PLAYERS DOWN IN TEARS.
ITS NOT THE THE CURRENT NZ TEAM IS INFERIOR IN ANY SENSE BUT ITS THE MENTAL BLOCK HAS TO BE DONE AWAY WITH.
New Zealand will not be an easy turn over as being predicted. Its too a team with a lot of talent. They have not been in their stride of late but given today the odds may just be the opposite. So dont be surprised if New Zealand put it across Pakistan.
The World Cup Grouping is not competitive. If you win only two matches ( which the big team will win anyhow against the minnows), you reach to quarter final. There is no thrills in the cup ...!
Big teams are tensionless. They are playing unnecessarily so many matches in the group stages.
This is plan of ICC to fabour teams like India, Australia so that they can earn more money.. !

fully agree with u...actually the so called 8 nation cup(aka World Cup) starts from QF

No i dont agree at all. They are not playing so many matches in the group stage, They are playing against every team in their group.
You cant say that big teams are tensionless.. see the england vs ireland match, and also bangladesh and ireland lost with less margin against india

even if England lost to Ireland, there is no problem. If they can win against Bangaldesh (and lost all other remaining matches) they will qualify for QF.
This makes the group matches useless.
This WC has worst fixures in the history of World Cup

Bangladesh lost to india by more than 80 runs... It is a very big margin in oneday format...
So far everything went well for pak. Afridi is in peak form, seems like these days he is concentrating on bowling more. I wish india to meet pak either QF or SF.

If India and Pakistan have to meet in final or any team, its should be the spirit of sport and played wherever scheduled to play

why not they will play in bombay .. and that basterdshivsena will not so nothing they only want a chance to make a issue to comeup & thats none of the thing can happen shivsene are there where they are dump.. through bal udhav raj out of the country
bowlers from pak to help india. 2 of their bowlers asif and amir are out. and still they have forepower in bowling. our praveen is out due to injury and we seem to have exhausted all our bowling resources.
If we wish to see honest cricket, we have to watch the fourth wicket of Afridi, from Pakistan Vs.Canada match. In which he had clearly chucked(thrown) the ball.ICC must study this video recording and ban Afridi from rest of the games and find pakistani team for cheting opponents, viewers and cricket lovers worldwide. Since Newzeland is honest team, they are going to win today's match, because good always prevails over cheaters.
Re: chucking by Afridi

if icc goes by your suggestion then whole 10 overs of harbhajan should be checked by icc for chucking, this is another argument that inspite of trowing he is not getting wickets
