Pathan is once in a blue moon player. Typical Indian hype --- if you see many an indian player would score a century and with that as basis he would be able to survive next 10 matches scoring single digits. Pathan has no cricketing skills to go up the order. He is just a baseball player which role even Harbajan can fill in. He having "scored" Ireland match would not score in the next 5 to 6 matches. I do not know why Indian Team management have the thinking capacity to drop him from the team.

Wrong analysis. Pathan is not a baseball type player. Did you see his 6s towards long-on and long-off. Perfect straight bat. Pathan should be promoted to No. 5. Otherwise it will be too late and he will run out of partners. Even if he scores 40, it will demoralize the fielding team and they will be on the backfoot. It is high time that Pathan's skills are used more/

You need to have one such player in your team who can come and swing his bat at any situation; if luck permits he can win you a match; When 15 to 18 runs requires of last over there is no time to show your cricket skills only thing you need is a good arm to cross the boundary and Pathan have it; Secondly he is much more a mature player over the last one year and have much patience to wait for bad ball. He is now a good player in fact.

Sehwag should be dropped because he hasn't hair on his head. Yuvi should be dropped because he doesn't shave daily. Zaheer should be dropped dropped because he is more than 30. Gambhir should be dropped because he is a short man.

why, do you want India to lose the match. Its one thing to rest some players. But changing the entire lineup is just disaster!!!
