Yuvraj not played well (upto mark) yesterday. No doubt, he is bowling very well in WC. In fact Virat was playing brilliantly. He seems to be in good form. Dhoni must fixed his batting position at no. 4 only.

The success of hitting six sixes in an over of Stuart Broad had gone to his head and he was behaving like a maniac in the team. His performance had gone down considerably low with bat and also in fielding. Yesterday's match was a second birth for him even though his batting was still not up to mark. He should not be praised too much. He is a spoilt young man who should not be pampered in his own interest. Make every player to fight for theplace in the team then only best things come out of them.

Why should he?

This is pathetic. Compare to cricketers from other nation, our cricketers are paid so high. Further compared to other type of games, cricket is one game where even state level players are paid so heavy. After all this also, I am wondering why Yuvraj should steal something!!

Yuvraj steals the show???
by a g on Mar 07, 2011 03:50 PM  | Hide replies

hile credit can be given to Yuvraj for getting a 5-wicket haul, his batting is still struggling and needs to improve a lot!!! Yuvraj's innings came at Virat's cost as the latter was mopping up runs at a brisk pace when he was run out due to Yuvraj's mindless attempt for a run. Don't know why BCCI has Yuvraj even in the team when his main forte (batting) is far from being healthy. In India, only influence works...true talent (like suresh raina) will always have to lick their wounds for just a couple of poor performances while a player like Yuvraj who has got proper backing despite a string of poor performances would always get opportunities.
