If Ganguly has any respects in himself, he should be away from IPL (He is already away, but if anybody provides him any charity then he should say thankyou very much).
How come ICC or BCCI allow such kind of Annoucements in between Worldcup ..., Players might loose concentration ..., Ofcourse they are termed as Professional Players, it is always better to avoid devision from the current assignment which is a high profile activity and needs lot of concentration ...,

It's a free country and BCCI does not rule the world. KKR management and planning does not shut down during the world cup either. Stop getting unnecessarily sentimental and get a life.

That's why it's everybody's dream to play in Eden gardens and whoever is accepted in Kolkata is accepted by everybody else. Kolkata loves Kapil and hates Gavaskar. That's why Kapil is all time great and Gavaskar is not. Kapil is the only world cup winning captain and nobody else.

What do you expect when you ask any cricket player - "What do you think of Eden gardens , the Jewel of Kolkata?" . Will anyone say - its a sht hole, unruly people, incompetent management and terrible city to travel to play. I guess they wont answer that will they ? So thats a win in your book i guess.

Hope SRK gets Lucky this time with one of the best star studded batting line up. But bowling will still look a matter of concern.Winning requires a concerted effort from every player which is quite evident from the fact that how Shane Warne goes on to win the inagural IPL with an ordinary but well managed team. Dada too got a good team but players did'nt performed.Poor performance from fellow player cost dada his own job desspite his good performance in the last IPL. How cruel this game can become!!
