No one is telling that UDRS is fool proof. It is just giving the teams a chance to review the decision given by the on-field umpire who would have had a split second to see the action and take decision. It is easier to take the decision watching the delivery in slow motion 2-3 times. If you deny that UDRS is not good, you are denying the fact that a human being has better chance to take the decision watching the same thing 3-4 times in slow motion.
2.5M rule has nothing to do with the UDRS. It was just that the umpire followed ICC rules. People can fight on the 2.5M rule, at least it would make better sense

not at all. here in the usa, the common fan cannot afford to watch the superbowl in person. I am afraid same thing will happen in India, but then the Indian common fan may not be as docile as the american counterpart!

Well said Gopal. A recent MLS match between Philadelphia and Man U, was costing $195. Its an unofficial match and football is hardly 90 minutes.
I think whatever Anil said about Pakistan is true to some extent but not sen per sent true. Pakistan is a outfit who rely heavily on individual performances but as a team it is not yet jelled up well which is visible from outside. They will reach last 8 thats true but going beyond that is doubtful coz to go through big stages you need a team effort coz the other team will leave no stone unturned and play with high intensity. Team sprit is much bigger phenomena to win any tournament then individual brilliance exp. Sachin played last 5 world cup but not able to win the cup but Kapil, Alan Border and Ranatunga played with the team and won the glory for their respective nation. So by and large Pak has no chance to win this time despite having tremendous individual brilliance but very low team spirit !
