Scrap the 50 over and 20 over tournaments and introduce 40 over tournament . Each player will bat 2 overs from each end ,if he takes a single run he will come back to the same end .He can be out any number of times during the four overs . If out and wants to still complete remaining balls -it will mean 12 th batsman has played and score per person will decrease as total score will be divided by number of players played the match. Each player of bowling side will have to bowl 4 overs each compulsarily .The winner is who scores maximum runs per player. Presently only few bat and few bowl ,others always are not exposed but still they carry the winning reward . Now that there is going to be no runner in future my suggested way of playing will give chance to every player and better teams will win and all rounders will develop. Also india should demand ICC that india will send two teams as more persons will get chance (this is based on our population) , to represent india other wise as sachin tendulkar has blocked one palce for 20 years ,others could not get chance .
Its been reported that the ball which got Dhoni out was illegitimate. Umpire Ian Gould had help up Fidel Edward's celebrations when he wanted to check with the TV Umpire whether Fidel had no-balled the delivery which got Dhoni out. The TV umpire was shown another delivery of Fidel Edwards which was legitimate! That means the Umpire got to see the wrong footage! Not the correct one. Whether this was purposely done or not, the fact is, India has been cheated. This has been going on for too long now. This is what you call FRAUD.

:) Gould has cheated by not calling no ball... Dhoni has cheated by giving a catch... Broadcaster has cheated by showing the wrong footage... TV Umpire has cheated by not asking the Broadcaster to show the right footage... :)
Always cheating cheating cheating.... otherwise we are the undisputed #1 Cricket team in ALL forms of the game since 1932... :)
What if person carries injury from a pervious match and plays with a runner. This has recently happened in a Test in India and the oppoenet's captain said they will not permit runner.

firstly, runners have been abolished completely, for any possible circumstance... and about ur question...in such a situation...the player was never allowed a runner in the first place...that means that if a player enters a match with an injury, he wil not be allowed to use a runner...n i dont think he will b allowed a substitue fielder as well...tho m not sure about tht...
