It is a good decision but not enough for the Associate teams.The regular TEST playing nations member countries should help the associate countries improve their standards by sending their teams to these countries to play test, One dayers and T20 matches.If not the regular team at least the A side or junior teams can visit these countries which will go a long a way in improving their standards.ICC must proactively encourage make such tours mandatory besides helping them improve their domestic circuits.Unless the playing standards of the associate nations are improved simply playing them once in five yrs in the WC will only take away the competetive charm of the WC.
