There is nothing new in what Modi is claiming to be disclosing.Everybody knew how ICL was scuttled by BCCI.In fact it was Lalit Modi who executed it single handedly on behalf of BCCI.I am not sure if Modi got any instructions to do that because he was IPL chief and could have done it on his own at best after taking Shard Pawar into confidence.Why is he also not coming out about all the murky dealings of IPL involving him and Shard Pawar.He would be doing a great service to the Nation.
