Modi made BCCI mad and muddy
by Krishnakumar Narayanan on Jun 23, 2011 05:03 PM

It was Modi who made BCCI so arrogant. Now he is preaching celibacy after enjoying 8 to 80. He did not realize grapes can be this sour.

ON THE CONTRARY INDIA ARE GOING TO BE THE LOSERS
by damodaran mohan on Jun 19, 2011 04:59 PM

It is totally illogical the way BCCI is going about opposing the UDRS.Leave aside the controversial parts of 'for'and against, BCCI must appreciate that very introduction of UDRS by itself tends to improves the standarad of Umpiring as then the field umpires take extra care not to make mistakes.More mistake they make, more foolish they would look. So, they would like to give correct decisions every time.It is a pity instead of looking ahead to bring in improvement why BCCI are behaving like our Indian BABUS with one track mind. Now coming to the specific english tour, I feel Indians may end up losers on umpiring decisions especially on front foot LBW.Why ? Because the umpires would be giving decisions with a mindset of UDRS.That is the umpires would try to percieve the decisions 'as if UDRS were there'.This way India is sure to lose because they wouldn't be having the choice but the umpire would try to apply it imaginatively as per his choice.Any way, it will be interesting to see how things pan out ultimately.Lot of controversies ? A sulking Sachin after he is given out LBW in the nineties ?

people like Laxmi mittal hoard tons on money into videsh, thus videshi want them.
In India, airtel took away business of MTNL by first winning contract from them. then Reliance did the same with HBJ gas pipeline and so many government business. Tata took over the steels and were not nationalized as they knew of gandhi family kickback accounts in videsh. When will INDIA BUILD HUAWEI, samsung, hitachi, IBMs of their own.

BCCI is correct, the COP and the THIEF both use the same technology because they are the same. So the tracking ball technology that is used to see Action replay (COP) is based on the same tracking technology as the DRS (hot spot and snickometer) which is the THIEF .

Look at the manipulations by ghoras. All the complaints MADE BY TV commentator about wrong decision is based on DRS technology that they show on TV. They are simulating the ball using DRS based technology. So how cleverly angrez are manipulating views. it is like EVMS, for demo it will all look good and in the back things can be changed.

Remember how angrez manipulated partition using Indians on basis of religion by using indians of 2 religion.

Solution -

drs is unreliable, instead umpires can be referred to replays on HD TV fed with HD cameras. The cameras can be fitted on all sides and umpires should examine their location.

AT THE MOST , WE CAN ALLOW UMPIRE TO SEE THE ACTION REPLAY IN HDTV based on current japanese system available in market(exactly what people see), but say NO TO DRS because the base technology can be tempered, calibrated or manipulated like current process of EVMs. Lot of ghoras are taking performance enhancing drugs, this is what ICC is not checking.

Even the Umpire who are bribed or have allegiance to ghoras support DRS will make wrong decisions in matches on purpose such as to force DRS, but BCCI should endorse ACTION REPLY ON HDTV as the way for referral

ssamrat and krishna,

Agreeed.

As stated below, this is better way

"

drs is unreliable, instead umpires can be referred to replays on HD TV fed with HD cameras. The cameras can be fitted on all sides and umpires should examine their location.

"

Krishna,

"

However it is sad to see fellow Indians criticize the Board based on inputs essentially from the English and Sri Lankan Board/Press

"

UK/videshi press spies and journalist have billion dollar budget to feed lies to world (that includes lanka), they pay and party with lanka and worldwide journalist and press who can spit venom news for their cause.

Reminds me how india-pak-etc use same base military technology made by videshi block that have base understanding/agreements with one another to keep nations like india-pak-etc dependent and behind on their tails.

FIRSTLY in current arrangement, these nations such as india-pak-etc will never stop buying the weapons at exorbitant price because videshis blocks own the base technology.

Or, One of these nations will be given those weapons for free as aid, forcing the rest to buy. Secondly, videshi will never stop upgrading and keep the latest features to themselves without publishing them. thirdly, videshi will know all defects and means to bust/destroy their own technology so india-pak-etc cannot win over them. forty, deshi will become hand to mouth beggars of videsh. this is not just military. videshi are doing

Is Lalit Modi a crook or a genius?
by bharat sant on Jun 19, 2011 06:36 AM

Whatever Lalit Modi is and whatever he has done to cricket, he cannot be worse that the other Indian, the ICC President. Under no circumstance, a person deep in politics and high-up in the Government should ever be the chief of ICC. He messes up everywhere and is unaccountable.

Becuase it might get these superstars out more often
by Hayat on Jun 19, 2011 12:51 AM

India being a predominantly batting team does not want the UDRS as the technology usually gets more batsmen out through the LBW mode, so Sehwag, Sachin may not score as much, thus the resistance. But UDRS is a very consistent technology, and Sachin is the biggest beneficiary in such a crucial match as semifinal agianst Pakistan and yet he opposes it!

And why not greediness in his eyes? It is perhaps in his eyes only. What about the entire person of the current ICC Chief? Look at him, see what he and his family have done. Greed infinitum!
