no top country plays with minnows on regular tours as boards want to make money.. and then minnows are pulled up at the wc for one sided matches... how can they improve in wc if they dont have regular tours with big nations.. cricket is most stagnant and regressive in development of new teams and countries afte 100 years also we have same few teams

If Cricket has to rival with football then the top sides have to play against new and upcoming nations. Only then these new countries will get the experience and grow. Only if they are exposed to more and more international competition only then new countries will benefit and cricket will grow to be the most popular game in the world.
