He is diplomatic yet made a statement that we require good bowling attack to win matches .our bowling stands exposed on forein pitches. First and Foremost INDIA MUST Ban TEST CRICKET and MUST refuse to PLAY Test Cricket and Longer versions of cricket matches Immediately!Seeing all the excitement of One day criket and T20 matches and seeing excitement of One Day Matches, Anna Hazare&team of patriots MUST write and OPEN letter to ICC and to all governments to BAN Boring and never-ending and time-wasting TEST Cricket and ranji cricket, duleep trophy cricket ets FOREVER? shame ann ahazare and patriots are NOT making a national agitation to BAN poverty-rpoducing and time-wasting and BORING Test CRicket Forever? The selectors missed out on the future Test prospects for this tour. Both the England and Aussie tours will have the seniors playing in them and Dravid is already 39, with Sachin possibly 37 and Laxman 36.
Based on merit, even though Kohli had an excellent FF ave he is still an ODI specialist and has lost his ability to build an innings.
The number one young Test prospect was A Rahane, followed by Pujara and Tiwari. Rohit also had and average of 60 . So the next Fab 4
A. Rahane FF ave 67 in 69 innings R. Sharma FF ave 60 in 64 innings C. Pujara FF ave 55 in 89 innings M. Tiwari FF ave 55 in 72 innings
The future of these batsmen are at stake because they need to be snapped up and not get too domesticated. Playing weak attacks for too long creates a problem when they enter international cricket.
Badrinath was a classic example of getting domesticated. The Fab 4 was difficult to break into and the timing was bad for him.

only few months back people were criticising Dravid and said that he should be removed from the team. Now same people are favouring him. The problem with us is that we change our view in every series. Today we have only 4 old players including Zaheer Khan out of 11 what abount 7 other youngsters look at the Suresh Raina, Youvraj, Dhoni, Abhinav Mukund, Sreesanth, Ishant , Amit Mishra. Their contribution is Nil and they have been strugling through out the series
Dravid- an honest, humble & straight forward person which can be seen in his interview. But when dhoni speaks- it looks some politician is talking. real crucid fellow. But one good inning in final will ensure that this useless fellow will play for next 10 yrs ittrespective of performance. Even before final, he failed. in consecutive 20 matches . any other player could have been dropped based on that perf.

Sachin, dravid, laxman, kumble- pearl of indian cricket. Even dravid-laxman ODi career was shortened due to politic of dhoni. Both these greats never open their mouth agianst politician & also perform with full dedication in test for indian victory- though all credit goes to useless politician dhoni. Dravid & laxman- we saluate u for your integrity & honesty. Politician like ganguly/dhoni always tried to underperform when not the captain.
