I prefer Robin Uttahpaa as compared to Rohit Sharma. That guys has tons of attitude. On paper he is far more technically supierior , but the end of the day what matter is the end result. Robin is no good but still bankable.
Rohit is from Vishakapatnam, he was born there and brought up in Mubai. Though he plays for Mumbai Rohit his roots are in Andhra pradesh. Just letting know you guyz about his leneage.
2 ODI before rediff commented about the Kohli efforts, resulted next two matches he played a wounderful innings 0 & 16.. Now its Rohit Sharmas turn Jaihooo redifff.....
Rohit is a promising youngster that's all. We have watched him before and when put infront of high quality bowling he is just aweful. He still needs to prove it
Find of the series- Rohit sharma & parthiv patel. Manipulator Dhoni will ensure that both of them dropped for next series. Reason- Rohit- from mumabi & dhoni needs only northy Partiv- Not from north & threat to him as a better wicketkeeper batsman

By the way, Ashish, in the recent IPL, Chriss Gayle was a class and because of him Banglore Royals reached final. And ask any Banglorean, they just love him and for your info... he is not from north or south, and he is purely from west... west indies, who did not find his place in his home team.

Such north-south talk go on endlessly. Undersand in IPL there was no such divide. Sreesanth was part of KXI Punjab, Dhoni captains CSK, Rahul Dravid was with Rajasthan Royals, Ganguly joned Pune Warrier, Yuvaraj captained Pune Warrier, DC captain was Kumar Sangakara (non-Indian), Rajathan Royal loved Shane Warne, KKR had Shoeb Akthar, Malinga was with Mumbai Indians, and many, many. Keeping all these, we talk about Rohit and Parthiv and north-south divide.
Rohit is playing good, offlate, against Zimbabwe and West Indies (understand these two teams are in pretty bad shape, but I am not undermining them). Rohit's record earlier was pathetic and hence did not find a place in Indian team.
Most important, off late getting into Indian team is pretty tough as there are many capable players waiting in line. Many bowlers are kept out and not finding a place and even players like Rahul Drawid, VVS laxman, Yuvraj Singh will find tough to keep their places.
Keep you north-south to yourself and if you really want to enjoy the game, just dont bother about who is in or who is out and enjoy when India wins.
before writing off anyone who comes back again to slam the face of critics. it is time that will tell. person whom rohit needs as mentor is tendulkar like how sehwag used to be for kohli and gamhir until they ditched him in IPL and gambhir even took away sehwag players.

It was not Gambhir who played politics. It was SRK who played politics and created a mess. Inspite of this his players did well to put KKR in good shape this season.
SRK, with his pure ego, while being owner of KKR, thought he bought entire Bengal (including East Pakistan!!!).
The Indians lost their way due to lack of focus-you need to go for a five nil victory-now lost-very nominal changes were made-the replacements were good-Yusuf does not perform-he also needs to be dropped for the fifth-

Virat Kohli is far superior batsman than Rohit Sharma. The former has more commitment, technique and temperament than Sharma. Sharma ditched his own grave in the company of boozers and night birds in the team. He ruins his career by his own action.

Virat kohli is no match to rohit sharma. After rohit Virat is good amomg youngster. Dho-bi, raina, yusuf, badri, dhawan, tiwari etc all are T-20 players. None of them match to real players like sachin, sehwag, dravid & laxman.

abbe jingoor...rohit is the best...well u dnt knw anything abt technique then...!
leading Ishant into by messing his run-up and style.
These Indian pace guys should choose how many overs they will do PURE PACE and how many over of slow and mediums pace. BUT SHOULD NOT BECOME only and only the slow spinners on wrong advise.
