Well, Mortaza along with Iqbal and Ohja have crowded the left arm spin arena. In ODIs, Yuvraj is a handy left arm and even Jadeja was discarded.
Iqbal and Mortaza will have to wait and the front runner Ohja is a favorite of Dhoni who by-passed Mishra in some matches.
The problem with Iqbal and Mortaza are they are not suitable for ODIs or maybe they are but still Tests bowling lineups have contenders like Harbhajan, Ohja, Mishra, Ashwin and that may be hard to break.
The government is feeding drugs to the youth thru glamourisation of sports and offering channels like bindaas while they can carry on with their own agenda of siphoning nation's money. Youth must understand the ploy and look for healthier means of entertainment and enjoyment.

Iqbal faces competition from Ohja, I think Parmar is better than Harbhajan if not for his action needed to be corrected.
After winning the first 3 ODIs India ran out of luck and the selection policies have surfaced again. The selection blunder of Chawla and Sreesanth was corrected by re-introducing Mishra and to some -extent Ishant.
Manoj Tiwari was a Test batsmen and having him open in 1-dayers will not only kill his confidence in Tests but expose him in a negative manner. Badrinath is another example of a Test batsmen being tried out in 1-dayers just to expose him to international pressure.
Anand Mukund with a List-A average of 57 and and a strike rate of 82 was ahead of Shikar Dhawan, but Riana and Co choose Shikar first, dropped him and then a unsuitable opener like Manoj Tiwari.
The selectors have not sorted out the ability of players through domestic performances. Another blunder for the WI series was the absence of Rahane who averaged 68 and is the number player suitable for Tests.
I am not impressed with Raina saying everybody should get a chance. Does he mean even the BCCI janitors! One has to see whether a player is suitable for a particular type of format.
Anyone can be successful or unsuccessful in T20. Its quick-fire cricket which demands more luck than skills. Good performance in T20 does not mean that a player has exceptional skills.
Most of the IPL/T20 stars can not be and have not been successful at the world stage. Its not the case with Indian cricketers only. T20 stars from other countries have the same story.
Another proof is that most of the stars from previous IPLs did not shine at the latest IPL.
I don't mean to say that IPL/T20 is bad for cricket but only that most of the T20 stars need a good reality check.
The worth of IPL was exposed in the Caribbean in broad daylight at Antigua yesterday. Was funny to see Bhadrinath doing Bharanatyam to Russel. Less said about Tiwary, the better. Aswin looked pedestrian as well.

It takes time. They have not got that experience and they are getting it right now. But if only they are let to continue. No matter how bhaji performs he will be there for ever but for new comers if they did not do good in one match they are out for good. nice logic! Ashwin is an awesome bowler give him exposure you have a solid bowler for future.

socalled tigers of domestic cricket like Badrinath, Manoj Tiwari, Shikar Dhawan, Yusuf Pathan are mere cats in overseas conditions and that too against genuine pace bowling.
