varun always here give blind statements without basic knowledge of cricket. tell the name of the one player, people used to switch off the tv's after getting out. then people beleive, replacement for sachin is ready.
Re: Re: Re: dhoni should retire now
by Varun on Jun 09, 2011 11:53 AM
you mean fools like you who switch off tv when sachin gets out ? I havent checked on the number. I am talking about saner people who love the game and not consider players to be above the game. Someday you will wake up to it. Till then jai ho jai ho.

koni, gambhir is replacement for sachin. gambhir is better than sachin in every respect. gambhir can do everything that sachin can do and then some. gambhir does not give up in difficult situations. like sachin he can bat on flat tracks. and unlike sachin he can also play well and deliver in crisis or difficult situations and lead india to victory instead of just flattering to deceive and collapsing down exhausted before going past the finishing line (something at which sachin is expert)

suni vaidya. really. i think u knew the cricket just last year. just see the statistics of cricket and sachin. when sachin gets runs, u treat it as flat tracks, when sachin gets out, u treat it as good pitches. hahhhaah. very foolish suni vaidya. just get knowledge before comment here. india never find better placement for sachin. just say the name of the one player, after getting out, people used to switch off the tv's. who played good innings against pakistan and australia, is it not difficult situations, won the matches in australia back to back centuries 2 yrs back, is it not difficult situations. many matches he won for india single handedly. he is true match winnner.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: dhoni should retire now
by Sunil Vaidya on Jun 09, 2011 03:03 PM
koni you are a liar. sachin did not hit 2 back to back centuries to win in australia. may be he did that in your dreams. but not in reality.
he is no match winner/ if he won any matches those were only the ones that you saw in your dreams. in reality sachin did no such thing.

For liar vaidya Sachin facts in ODI
When ever Sachin scores a ton India losses ? FACT:India has won 34 matches out of 48 when Sachin has scored a ton which is a whopping 71%
Myth: 2)oh is it ? but this player should have scored all his 32 match winning centuries against weaker teams like bangla/kenya/zim? FACT: His tons have helped india win 9 times against australia.list is as follows - australia-9, new zealand -5, srilanks-5, kenya-4, zimbabwe-4, west indies-3, south africa-3, pakistan-1 & namibia-1
Myth 3) : All most all of his match winning centuries were scored batting 2nd this choker cant score a run while chasing under pressure ?
Fact: Sachin has scored 17 tons while chasing a huge score & India has won 15 times (unbelievable 88 %).some of his most popular innings while chasing , the one against aus in WB series downunder & the one in sharjah, the innings against pakistan in wc
MYTH 4)May be this was long time back ,BUt in recent times whenever he has scored a ton we have lost ? FACT:India has won last 4 matches out of 5 when he has scored a century (80%)
Myth5) All his Man of the match awards are useless? we have lost those matches like we did against aus recently !
FACT: Sachin has won 62 MOM's out of which in india has won 56 times (90%), & 8 times he got MOM award in the finals (Hold ur breath 100 % success rate, all were won) . All other so called indian greats combined have played close to

for liar ashiskumar,
ashishkumar, dhoni bats at no. 7 and sachin bats at no.4.
let sachin make so many test hundreds at no. 7 then i will agree that sachin is good.
dhoni has batted at no. 7 and as a captain his batting average is 50 plus. he has scored 1503 runs in 34 innings with 3 100s and 11 50s. that means 14 scores of more than 50 runs in 34 test innings. let sachin perform in such way at no. 7 and then i will agree that he is good.
liar ashish kumar, tell me what is sachin performance at no. 6 or 7 or 8? how many 100s he has scored at these positions?
Re: Re: Re: Re: dhoni should retire now

Mr sunil vaidya - century or near century inning is the same as it went for winning cause. that also against Aus in Aus. Only sachin can do it. Your political god father dhoni can't think it even in his wildest dream
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: dhoni should retire now

Any fair weather batsman in the India team. Kohli, Vijay etc etc. Lots of em. Just like sachin replaced someone else when he moved in, he will also be replaced easily over time.

ashish kumar let us restrict our talk to useless sachin. it is fact that patel and kartik are far better batsmen that sachin who has never ever performed in a crisis situation. all his nearly 100 hundreds have come in flat track conditions.
also the highest score while chasing when he hit a odi hundred was 215...
whenver we have made more than 300 runs and won in a odi sachin has always failed and not contributed even once, while dhoni average in such chases has been more than 80 runs....

For liar vaidya No one in history of game has won as many matches as sachin did for his team in all format of game. Even in T-20 he won maximum no. of matches with his bat for MI . On other side useless d—h—0—b—I has not won any matches in entire career with his batting. He simply survive by manipulation, politics & taking credit of others. Most lucky guy in history of Indian cricket who survive so long without any performance during quality attack & in pressure situation. While sachin is biggest match winner alongwith VVS/Kumble/kapil dev/Gavaskar in history of Indian cricket, dhoni is the biggest choker. It is natural to have maximum no. of records with all these match winners

ashish kumar EVERYBODY has ALWAYS agreed that sachin is a choker who always bats well on flat tracks and fails when india really good innings from him on bouncy pitches and against formidable targets.
eveybody from imran khan to steve waugh to manjrekar to kapil dev have agreed that they dont remember ONE innings of sachin that he has played well and won the match for india in difficult situation...

You were seen conversing with Sachin Tendulkar, too, among many others. How do you rate him as a batsman? Who am I to say anything about him? The whole world knows about him, his cricket and his feats. He is a role model for youngsters, not just for aspiring sportsmen. It is difficult to describe his batting. God has sent him on a mission on Planet Earth only for cricket. Yes, it has always been a great pleasure talking to him. He is so humble

ashish kumar, you are a lunatic. you have lost your marbles. previously i used to think that among all you people like, LG, senthil, sameer, against pseudos, arvin g, Edarwin, mainhoondon, dire straits, nostradamus, etc. LG was the craziest.
But after the ravings and rantings that you have displayed on this page i am forced to change my opinion. ashish kumar, i am sorry to say you have left EVEN LG far behind in your mental illness and try hard as he may even LG will not be able to overtake you now.
i used to think that it was a good thing that you migrated out of bihar who had got such a bad name because of your black deeds. today after reading your posts i am sure that you did not leave bihar of your volition but rather the people there were forced to throw you out and now you are polluting some other part of india or some other part of the world. i am today sure that you are a tadipaar and you must have committed some serious crime like murder, rape or dacoity...

for liar ashish kumar, in history of the game nobody has been more useless batsman than sachin. he has never won even one match on his own.
while dhoni, yuvraj, gambhir, kohli, dravid, laxman, sehwag, raina and others have won countless matches for india the choker sachin has never contriuted even once.

Dhoni & all his good friends like Chawla, jadeja,Ishant, nehra, praveen, bhajji,RP singh always useless like dhoni. Continue in team because of dhoni regional politics
flat(horizontal) bat baseball timing would end spinners once batsmen learn proper baseball timing and hit, spinners era would end. Be it Mishra or chawla or anyone.
Re: ...

another advantage with baseball style batting for spin is that they can detect flighted balls early and not let any of them land near them. short pitched balls can also be hit similarly.

why to play cricket then, play base ball. it is to say you learn to hit the ball with hockey stick and you can become a great batsman.

Kohli replacing Dravid in the squad helped India win the W-Cup. Coming in as No. 3 batsman, Kohli did not let the team go into a shell like it used to happen when Dravid was coming No. 3

dravid, azhar, laxman all are same group. they get the runs, when the team is almost lost the game. but laxman is better than dravid and azhar. he won the matches for india with tailenders help. laxman should thank to tailenders.

To go to 2003 wc finals ,Dravid was the key with his keeping and batting as a finisher (superb knocks against ENG,PAK nd NZ).Don't even compare Dravid and Kohli .While Kohli is doing great for now ,Dravid is among the top 10 all time greats of India only for ODI's (nd in top 3 for TESTS)
Re: Re: Re: Re: India Win
by Sowri Rajan on Jun 09, 2011 10:33 AM
You must be talking out of your tiny brain. Dravid and Laxman are two specialist batsmen who can handle both fast and spin bowling. Many of their innings saved India and some won too. Before you talk about their innings, I want you to go through the records of India in Test and One day matches.
Re: Re: Re: Re: India Win
by Varun on Jun 09, 2011 10:52 AM
Dont agree. Dravid was a perfect fit for a finisher/anchor role that is so much needed in ODIs. T20s yeah he would be a misfit.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: India Win
by Sunil Vaidya on Jun 09, 2011 11:03 AM
and especially since he started to keep wickets for india in odis. since then he was just outstanding in odis.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: India Win
by anand lakshman on Jun 09, 2011 12:31 PM
Ya that's why Dravid made 50 of 22 balls. Each batsman has a role to play and Dravid did his job of an anchor as well as a finisher well at an avg of nearly 40 and a strike rate of 76
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: India Win

bcz of him, india lost many matches also with his slow batting. he wasted the balls and made the pressure to opposite batsman. i accept he is great batsman. but dont hv attacking batting.
