No replacement possible, If it was Parthiv in WI series, It is Saha now. May be Karthik will get a lookin next series. No one will get a good chance to cement their place, because it is concreted slot already - that is smart isn't it?

Here few people are asking to sack Dhoni as captain..But if he is sacked than who will take his position.??....During IPL almost every senior player and few young players too got the chance to lead the team ...Result : Except Dhoni all failed miserably , n replaced with foreign players ...So Dhoni is still the best n most valuable player in Indian Cricket Team

True, I think Dhoni could be the non-playing captain (as in tennis)- or as he already is in current team. In Indian cricket, it is common for captains just to turn up for toss & press meets, no one bothers about their performance - it is for other 10 to do the work.

poor folks! After all Dhoni won us the world cup just 3 months back(remember the finals ininings) that is sufficient for him to be in the team till he wishes to retire or could not walk,no question please

There is almost 30 occasions when Dhoni has performed superbly under tight situation as a batsmen ....whereas There are harldly 3 occasions when sachin has performed under tight situation in a carrer of 21 yrs

30? good for him, I am not much of a statistician however when was the last time he won a test with significant contribution (apart from his captaincy - which is unquestionable these days?).May be my memory is getting bad.
Equating Oranges to apples don't help. He still gets by in ODI's - but not in T20's as stats may point out

In cricket captaincy is most important in field placement and bowling changes. I dont see Dhoni doing any great there apart from that he is batting has gone trash. I dont see Dhoni motivating the non-performers of the team.
Dhoni showed how we can become number 1 test team an t20 champs an world cup winners with gully cricket attitude he changed the game cricket :D:D hail Dhoni
As world number 1 ( even with a weakened team without Sehwag, Gambir and Zaheer), we should not be letting opportunities slip by. Should have shut England off when they were 124/8 and then we should have targetted atleast 350 in our first innings after being a healthy 250/4 or so
