Street Fighter

Harbhajan has the quality of Street Fighter. Definitely dropping him from 2nd test will make him work more harder and get wickets in the subsequent tests. Currently he is out of form/touch and India is in a dire state where they have to take 20 Wkts in the 2nd test to win it.

i think Harbajan has been given lot of oppurtunities . He seems to be taking his place for granted . It has been such a long time when he has performed with a ball .
selectors must also give an opputunity to
amit mishra and ashwin or ojha .

if you want to stay in Indian team then you should know the art of gotta giri as well beside some betting or bowling.

I think he does not deserve his place. Mr. Bhaaaji should stop commenting about Rayudu replaing Dravid or laxman , but should conc. on retaining his own place.

Harbhajan should be replaced by Ashwin. Ashwin is not only a good bowler but can bat well too. Other changes- Yuvi should take the place of Sachin and Munaf or Sreesanth in place of Zaheer.

Taking TOUGH decision is a RARITY, almost impossible in India
by Arvind KS on Jul 27, 2011 06:21 PM  | Hide replies

Taking TOUGH decision is a RARITY, almost impossible in India.

What Akram said makes a sense however I am not sure if Mishra will delvier. But surely Bhajji on current form do not deserve a place. Moreover, he looks visibly upset with the MOCKING ad by DHONI. His body language is down and he is just making the number.

But AKRAM bhai, such decision making is rarity in subcontinent. So foreget about it. We are heading towards giving the crown to ENGLAND.

Dhoni must have started writing reasons for not deliver. Excuse are plenty and DHONI is good at making indian cricket lovers look fool.

Concentrate on Bowling/fielding
by Kunal Dar on Jul 27, 2011 06:06 PM  | Hide replies

In my opinion, the Indian team needs to concentrate more on bowling and fielding. It is often said that you win test series if your team has the ability to take 20 wkts.We were not able to dismiss the opposition in both the innings. The only problem I see with the team is the sharpness required to win key moments in the game...They had England 64/5 in the IInd Innings, but cudn't capitalise on it..its very important to win this series as this English team is by far the best in the world.Beating them in their own your backyard wud definitely justify our No. I status....

Akram is right

Akram is right. Harbajan has out of form for quite a long time.High time he was rested for sometime so that he can go for some product endorsements. Ashwin was a success in IPL. He can bowl and bat well. I don't know why he was not considered.

Mishra - a good choice
by kumar bala on Jul 27, 2011 05:55 PM  | Hide replies

Mishra is surely a good gamble to take. but Dhoni is close bhajji and is a better batsmen than amit mishra . so they will stick with Bhajii as spinner
