To all fair skinned experts who are rejoicing the England victory over India, I would sound a warning. DONT write off India yet. It is a 4 Test match series. No doubt, England has drawn the first blood, but it is not yet over. Dear Donald, Boycott, do you think the result would have been different for England if they would have toured India ?? They would also have been comprehensively beaten by the Indian spinners & batting giants. So, the same happenned to us. India will rise from the ashes and will giva fitting reply to their detractors. Come On India, You can do it...
Tendulkar Again Proved that he cannot save or win match for india when under pressure . So why he is rated the best ever. He is in the same league as or below then any other modern player

Don't include Sreeshanth & Harbhajan. They will contribute centuries to the opposition with a very broad mind and selflessness.
for mostof the wins in tests for last couple of years and indias no one ranking was caused by sehwag....every one who understands cricket will agree to this. now as sehwag is absent india needs a miracle type of batting to win the match
Re: sehwag is required

Unfortunately no batsman is the current team can play any miraculous innings required for Test match win. Only Sehwag can do it. All batsmen in current team are nudgers & pushers failing miserably to quality England bowling. Anderson, Broad, Swann came good at Lords. Imagine Tremlett bowling at his full potential or Bresnan play, Indian batsmen have no chance to even draw a test match.
Now every one in world cricket is talking about England deserves No.1 position..how ? I would like to remind that India beaten all the sides except Aus and S.A on their home soil. And leveled the series in Aus and S.A. Do England have beaten Ind, Pak, S.lanka on their home soil ? no..so to become a real No.1 team England have to at least level series in these contries.

Without main strike bowler (Zaheer) & match-winning bastman (Sehwag), very thin chances that India will bounce back in this series.

India has not beaten SriLanka, Australia, South Africa or Pakistan on their last tours there. We have beaten poor teams like NZ and WI only away from home. That is good enough to get ICC #1 ranking but not enough to be called real World #1. WI in their prime used to beat ~ Aus 5-0, Eng 5-0, India 5-0 and so on. Aus used to do the same to others. India barely wins one test overseas in each series and draws a series at best.

Not to forget India barely managed to win Jamaica test because India played less bad cricket than West Indies did.
