I have gone through your details. Can you please explain meaning of a classic pitch ? This was not a classic pitch by any means and conditions were not extremely great for batting. Also, it is unfair to blame Sachin Tendulkar as we all know he was suffering from viral fever and I dont think you would even move from your bed if you were suffering from viral fever. Sachin, Gambhir and Zaheer were unfit and these are the main reasons India lost. These are not excuses but valid reasons. I am sure they will bounce back and win the second test match.

dont give lame excuses.....you are just SCKI MORNS..... when he has viral fever... who asked him step in to ground.... when you are in ground you are supposed to be delivered when required ....

Had it been detected earlier he would have certainly not played in this match. And you first learn how to spell SICK and MORON because that is what you are !!

Exactly. "these are not excuses but valid reasons" doh! What reasons? There is thin line between reasons and excuses so they do sound like excuses to me especially whining after a thrashing.

Jaya, there is a lot of difference between reason and excuse.A “reason” is an explanation for why something is the way it is, with everyone involved taking accountability for their part in a situation. An excuse is an explanation for why something is the way it is, that always involves the blame being put on someone or something that isn’t involved in the conversation, and not able to share their side of the story. Got the difference?
i dont understand the point of analysis. team india lost because of very poor show with ball. that had given england full confidence. indian batsmen still fared OK in front of strong english attack on a pitch like lords.... india's bowling is pathetic and i don't understand the SoBs in BCCI who only know counting money. Aholess should all die with food poisoning. they don't give chance to bowlers who show promise..they drop them at drop of the hat ...and those of them who are in team they play them so much that injuries are natural
fitness is far more crucial for a bowler than batsmen... does it require rocket science to understand that ?

bhajji bhajji bhajji ...where is mishra ? .... bhajji bowls like a scared chicken.... gives no air to the ball

well said...he should be dropped from the team immediately...he should prove in domestic level then he should be brought back!!!
Guess he has forgotten his bowling!!! poor fellow should be dropped and Mishra should be picked as the spinner

yeah..and also so careless while batting. There was no need for him to go for the pull shot when he had to defend to save the test. He is under the wrong impression that he cannot be replaced and his place is fixed in the team. Should remove him from the team for the next match.

as long as non performing politician dhoni in team- all non performing players like bhajji etc are secured.

why you against bhajji ? Is he supposed to take 10 wickets everytime ? Lords was a pace bowlers wicket.
Zaheer Khan should be sacked because he simply can't play 5 test matches anywhere without being injured.
Re: Re: Re: Re: what use
by venkat shivaram on Jul 26, 2011 12:37 PM
no need to take 10 wickets. At least should have taken 4 wickets in the match. And dont you think he is so irresponsible with the bat ? Most of the wickets in England are pace bowler's wickets, not only Lords, so he should be just playing in every match and not performing giving the excuse that its a pace bowler's wicket ?

bhajji..... is not a batsmen to take care while batting... he might not be a technical guy like you who knows how to play a shot... dont give suggestions....U GO AND PLAY IN THE GROUND>... BEFORE THAT YOU HAVE TO PROVE YOURSELF>>>> DMB ASS**ESS
Re: Re: Re: Re: what use
by venkat shivaram on Jul 26, 2011 01:00 PM
I know he is not a batsman but does that mean he can just throw away his wicket. He was not able to do anything with the ball and hence he should have contributed with the bat. Your comments shows your level of thinking which is way below the GUTTER.
