Sachin is not ready to face the new ball in the tests...whereas he opens the innings in one day as Field Restrictions are there.....On the other hand Dravid is always ready to adjust as per team needs n priorities........and whats the use of Sachin if he can never perform in tight situations

and it was sehwag who was indian captain in that odi...and he had scored almost half of the whole indian score...india made only about 210 in that odi...

dhoni made 96 at almost run a ball. and all the ret combined made a little over 100...
I dnt what the hell fletcher is dng...INDIA can't be dependent on Veeru&Gauti for long ..need back up openers..unfortunately though Mukund is better than Vijay..but still he is not good enough. Selectors should test Ajiinkya Rahane or Parthiv or Aakash Chopra in tests...Please let me know if have any more suggestions for openers...seriously need back up for the Delhi Bellys ( veeru-Gauti)

With flat tracks in India no opener will have perfect technique on english wickets Last one who had was Gavaskar.Mukund I feel is better and learning fast What about our legendry offie Harbhajan ?Any replacement for him?or will he be in the team till he retires?
There had been some tricks missing - ishant not bowling after lunch to go for the kill. Zaheer unfortunately sitting our with an injury. Sachin not feeling well.But, this Eng team is definetely a lot better one than 2007. they had prepared well for this series. India with a packed schedule (thanks to bcci) didnt prepare well for the series. Only VVS-Dravid-Sachin can save this match. even a draw will be a big boost as Ind always comes from the initial loss to square the series or win in many overseas matches. Let us pray that Sehwag-Zaheer will be at his best for the last two tests. i am fan of Dhoni- but lacks the skills to be test captain.

Dhoni test average outside In WI 2006, 24 In SA 2006, 26 In AUS 2007, 17.62 In SLK 2009 17.5 In SA 2011, 35.8 In WI 2011- 19.5 (last series) ( score of 0,16,2, 5 & 74(only one good inning when WI was operating with bowlers like bishoo/chandrapaul & front line bowler rampaul/shammi etc was resting due to injury). Also dhoni after playing 26 T-20 intl has not scored a single fifty, no match winning inning, no MOM & pathetic strike rate of 110 (one of the lowest for any batsman in T-20 at his batting position)
India slipped away opportunity when they had England 62/5. Now there is no chance India can save this match, law of averages will get Dravid out early today. Indian Defeat is certain unless rain plays spoil sport today.

All wicketkeeper batsman better than mediocre politician dhoni. In WI series Baug played better than dhoni & scored more runs including one match saving inning. This inning Mat prior( 83 balls- 71 runs) scored more than dhoni (108 balls- 28 runs) & for sure he will outperform dhoni in series because of his better batting & wicketkeeping skill. Prior has scored 4 centuries (includes 2 overseas) in last 2 yrs & many of half centuries which contributed heavily in all England test win. Sangrkara, Gilly & boucher worth not comparing as they are hundred times better than dhoni If given unlimited chance even parthiv patel/kartik will score more than dhoni in test cricket. For that reason politician dhoni keep parthiv/kartik out & keep mediocre like saha as 2nd wicketkeeper. What a great manipulator he is? Most overhyped player in history of cricket surviving on luck, manipulation & good performance of other players.

Hang on guys who knows, today or before the end of the series half of the England team can retire from International cricket citing stress or some physicological crap reasons. After that Sachin and others will make centuries and win a game to level the series against a second string England team. India will hold on to its no.1 spot, Dhoni will be hailed as the best captain ever, knighthood to Sachin. BCCI will take credit for resting players for WI series, making statements how sensible they were and continue to play 365 days a year, may be even try to schedule a T20 after every days play of a test match cricket introducing 24/7 cricket. Baji will remain India's leading bowler for another 50 years(still hoping to get his 450th wicket) because every other up coming bowler will be injured and unfit to play. Holy crap.... I can't hold any longer.....
On a series note, India will lose both Rahul and VVS in the first hour of play and we'll lose the match by tea. I won't blame Rahul and VVS if they didn't save the game because they have done that many a times and can't expect to do it again and again.
Find a new captain for tests and sack MS, I don't want to wake up all night to see him bowl...

fukkk offf angrez. dhoni has done wonders that angrez hateee so much. injured zaheer bacame angrez 15 player, rest being 2 umpires,1 DRS rigging system.
