Understand that Sachin is blocking a good young players berth for a decade now. Sachin is a selfish chap who plays for the records and not for the country.

He is playing his best cricket now and is in the form of his life. Just one question. Who will replace Sachin? You have anybody in mind? And yeah! Get well soon...

do you go to a young inexperienced doctor for treatment or one who has many years of practice and has his work to speak for himself. These players are a class apart. Do not insult them thus and do remember one day you will be old as well - how would u fell then with the word oldie

Cyrus, this is the generation which thinks that T20 is cricket. They know nothing about what the game is about, so there is little point in expecting them to appreciate what kind of players we have in the team today.

DEAR FRIEND
I HOPE THAT DRAVID & LAKSMAN HIT CENTURIES IN ALL MATCHES & YOU DO NOT CALL THEM OLDIES.
YES THEY ARE GROWING OLD BUT THEY ARE IN THE TEAM FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS.

Wow. I am impressed too. For a minute if I think what Sachin would have said...."I am sad I did not get a 100 in the finals...oh well cannot complain, I failed in one more finals and still won the world cup without contributing. I have been blessed by god to get everything free including my Ferrari"

Credit goes to the large heart of the Pakistanis. Anyone who was gifted with 4 dropped catches would have scored. Even Boycott's mother-in-law. Besides, I really think that game was fixed by the matchfixer Pakis to get them into IPL and for India team to visit Pakistan. It's all about money honey. Ask the greedy Sachin.

Jaya, it seems like you are jealous of SRT. Isn't he the second highest scorer in WorldCup behind Dilshan? Also, highest run getter in Indian team? Even someone who is not a Sachin fan, still would say, he did his job.

For some people, glass is always half-empty, and they enjoy life while complaining. Have fun.

Dhoni is the man

All Indians should thank God that Tendulkar is not captain. He is a fool with half a cricketing brain as we have seen his captaincy with Mumbai Indians and India in the past. Good luck Dhoni. You are a godsend.

By the way, Tendulkar was the one who suggested Dhoni's name for captaincy when India was looking for one after Dravid.

he also knows a bad captain when he sees one....that is why he resigned from captaincy....
