Reasons Indian Expatriates Try to avoid returning to India

Government Offices and workers are corrupt

Here are some personal experiences from the writer

1) Experience getting voters Id card - On the first visit to get a voters ID card, the clerk mentioned that applicant's application was missing electricity bill even though with the application there was no definite list of documents that needs to be attached. So this applicant goes back next time with the electricity bill and this time the applicant is informed that the application is missing the birth certificate copy. Next time the applicant goes with the copy of the birth certificate and that day it turned out that the clerk works only half day. So this applicant goes one more time and that day clerk mentions that a copy of applicant's father's ID was also needed. So after getting pissed off, applicant gets hold of clerk's supervisor. He gives all sorts of excuses that their office used to have a board with a list of all the documents that are needed but it got burnt. Finally he agrees to process the application with the documents that applicant had that day.

Google - "H1B Visa Red Tape" to read complete story.

Unlike Dhoni, Sachin is self-serving and doesn't like his team members making more runs than him.

I wish good luck to Dhoni. He can either defeat or draw with England; but will never loose. Don't worry. Just enjoy the games. I predict it would be either 2-1 (India win, with one test draw or washed away) or 2-2.

Dhoni is really good
by Zinda Dil on Jul 16, 2011 08:07 PM  | Hide replies

Dhoni has defeated NewZealand at their own home in tests as also the West Indies. He also did not lose to South Africa and SriLanka in their homes. If he can defeat England in England and Australia in Australia, he will become unparalleled. Even now he is much better than previous captains.

it's not Dhoni..it's the Indian team...Dhoni had ZERO contribution in all the matches that India won..it's one or the other of the other 10 members of the Indian team...and CHECK the SCORECARDS before you open your mouth to say something irresponsible again...also, don't raise the issue of captaincy...it really makes no difference to the results...any1 could have captained the Indian team and India still would have won...probably if there was someone else as Captain in place of the defensive Dhoni, Indian would have done better and won more matches...I REPEAT, PLEASE CHECK THE SCORECARDS OF TEST MATCHES PLAYED IN THE LAST 2 YEARS BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY IRRESPONSIBLE COMMENT BLINDLY SUPPORTING DHONI...and the odd 50 score does not count

Wrong facts. He never defeated West Indies in West Indies or NZ in NZ. He lost very badly against SA in SA.

Dhoni the great

Dhoni will prove to be the greatest Indian captain ever... Even better than Kapil, who won the world cup, but couldn't do much in tests.
