But I am still wondering how and why did this senseless piece of news and biased views of a gutless failure (Daryl Harper) found a place in Indian media?
If anything needs censoring ("censuring"?) it has to be Harper's views airing up post-incident. ICC should penalize him in terms of fine (money) because his senior officials, who perhaps are better administrators, have taken a decision on behalf of ICC and Harper simply cannot go against it publicly.
If poor Harper still has problems then he may move the court, which perhaps he doesn't have the courage to since he'd be caught and fixed by many means there.

but what Dhoni said was wrong too...how can u say something like "if the correct decisions had been made.."...that itself is a violation of the sportsmanship spirit. I think we Indians need to be a less parochial and stop complaining about umpires so much. even Pakistanis don't do that!
icc in their appraisal put harper as worse umpire among the elite group. After kumble in australia it was turn of dhoni to take on anti indian umpiring. Harper will go on harping . I have already told that a campaign is on to malign bcci from aus. And england.

both harper & dhoni are cheaters. Harper- because he gave few wrong decison agiant indian in 1st test. Dhoni- because he gave silly remark in 1st test agianst umpiring but was silent when 5 wronng decision went againt WI in 2nd & 3rd test which tilted result in favour of India
