An achiever always think out of box, makes roads where there are none to achieve what he/she has aimed to achieve.
Same is true for a team. A Great or champion team thinks out of box and go for win even when chance for one does not exist.
But then, some people and media will never stop hyping this coward captain--Dho_bhi.
I will have no problem with so called " common sense" or going for a draw against the weakest team, if only if some s-t-u-p-i-d-s and m-e-d-i-a stops: -- hyping c-o-w-a-r-d D-h-o-b-h-i as great captain -- calling Indian team the number 1 team
We need some like Anna Hazare to clean up our cricket and to expose hype around D-h-0-b-hi the way Annaji has exposed the c-o-n-g-r-e-s-s and c-o-w-a-r-d PM, MMS. MMS has been hyped for long as honest man but cowardice and honesty do not co-exist.

a good captain needs a good team true. any decent captain can do a good job with a good team. but a bad captain can make a good team look ordinary and good captain can take the good time to the next level.
azhar and sachin had the same team. we know the result. whenever azhar was captain team india did well. whenever sachin was captain team india did not do well. the same team given to ganguly see what happened.
ganguly was good and performed admirably as a captain. but it is also true that with nearly the same team what dhoni could ganguly, dravid, kumble could not. dhoni took the nearly same team to the next level...

Dravids heroics helped India win the first test. Without his second innings century, India would probably have lost the first test.
I hate australians for cheating but love their never say die spirit in all formats wonder how dhoni has cheated Indians fans 86 in 15 overs,ok it is difficult in test matches but you can not be bowled out in 15 overs if he think he has save the match then he should not be captain of no.1 test team

same who is godfather of dhoni. Dhoni failed in 6 consecutive test series overseas as a batsman. still he is continuing in team in name of leadership/captaicy/blah blah as if it is MP election
