Aussies and the English have controlled the ICC for long. It was them who brought the idea of neutral Umpires as they had no faith in 'native' ie umpires from the sub-continent !!?? First three World cups were held in England !!! Aussies and Windies brought the idea that the visiting team can refuse to have an Umpire if they dont like him. Now India is just following them and much brouhaha is being made. What is more galling that many of these MORONS are from our own country, who cant digest success !!!!!
