we need flashy players, but we also need the boring, but vital players like laxman and dravid. they go about their business in the toughest conditions with equanimity. they have saved us dozens of matches from losing. they have batted when all the flashiest of players have tanked.
in the interest of a balanced team, we need players of all kind.

Shakil, we called them fixers first and then found that our own Azhar, Jadeja and gang were fixing games. We called them chuckers and our own Rajesh Chauhan and Bhajji got pulled up for chucking. We called them dopes and now 20 Indian athletes have been caught doping after cheating and winning medals in Asiad and CW. So watch what you say. Like I said, there is no difference between India and Pakistan. If an Indian looks in a mirror, he can see the reflection of a Pakistani. We were born in the same soil and have the same genes. Stop this hatred.

Dravid is amongst the best. In fact, I would rate him the 3rd best test batsman every to play for India after Sunny and Sehwag. Nobody has saved as many games as Dravid has for India. VVS has recently caught up but Dravid edges him still.
