The shameless Mr Suresh Kalmadi has said that his sacking as the CWG OCchairman was illegal. He said he would hand over charge to the new CEO only under protest.

Kalmadi who, along with CWG secretary general was sacked by the new sports minister Ajay Maken, yesterday, to clear the way for the probe in the CWG scam.

Kalmadi said his ouster as the OC head was not just illegal, but also uncalled for. He said only the Indian Olympic Association had the right to remove him as chairman CWG OC.

Yesterday, Kalmadi struck a defiant note saying he would not resign as as president of the Indian Olympic Associa

You are not alone
by HariKumar S on Jan 25, 2011 04:16 PM  | Hide replies

Mr.Morne van Wyk you are not alone in the world of players who evolved as a better player after playing against India. The MAIN contribution by Indian cricket to the world is, it has given birth to several bowlers like Manoj Prabhakar, Vekitesh Prasad, Mohanthi, Ashish Nehra etc to bowl against youngsters like Sayd Anwar, Sanath Jaysoorya, Ricky Ponting and they smashed them over and over and outside of the ground and learned how to smash sixes and fours. Only Indian bowlers will show you the mercy to teach techniques and give time to learn yourselves during international matches. All the above said batsmen became excellent hitters and there came new comes like you..so you are not alone...Indian bowling dept is wide open for all over the world to smash around...Welcome...

by ADOLF HITLER on Jan 25, 2011 03:35 PM  | Hide replies

MSD... THE WHOLE PLAYING XI IS A BIG WORRY.

WE DON'T EXPECT MUCH FROM INDIA AT THE WORLD CUP. WOULD B HAPPY EVEN F WE REACH THE SEMIS.

THE MAIN HURDLE WILL BE BANGLADESH WHICH S THE MOST UNDERRATED TEAM. WAITING 4 19FEB TO SEE HOW WE TACKLE BANGLADESH.

NOT BCAUSE WE LOST THEM IN 2007 WC BUT BCOZ THEY HV PLAYERS WHO PLAY WZ KILLER INSTINCT UNLIKE OURS WITH BIG NAMES I.E. YUVRAJ SINGH ALL POMP & NO SUBSTANCE.

FAILURES R PART & PARCEL 4 EVERYONE BUT YUVI IS A OVERRATED PLAYER WHO SHLD HV BEEN SHOWN THE DOOR.

LETS HOPE 4 THE BEST

WHATMORE HAS ALREADY PLANNED THE MODE OF DISMISSALS FOR PLAYING INDIAN TEAM.. HOWEVER, OUR PLAYERS ARE STILL IN HONEYMOON OVER GOOD SHOWING IN SOUTH AFRICA AND GOOD MONEY IN IPL... IT WOULD BE AGAIN DISASTER.. IF THEY START THE TOURNAMENT ON LOOSING SIDE.. THAT IS VERY MUCH A POSSIBILITY...
