I still remember when I saw him on his debut, very smart looking,with specs and sporting a very scholarly look..during all these years, he has been a thorough gentleman. I doubt whether I will ever see a more decent person on the cricket field.

But I still wonder why did he bat first in the 3rd test against India when the sky was overcast.. Even Kenya Captain would have bowled first.. I am 100% sure that Vettori is not dumb at all.. So why .. can anyone explain ?
