Boss, forget about batting. He does fieldin with his legs. I thinks that he is handicapped with no hands while fielding!!!
Look at the world cup format, it's been deliberately prolonged. why not play two match everyday to get it done in one month? why there should be quarter-finals? the format should have been such that only top two teams from both groups making it to the semi finals. With current format, one shouldn't waste too much energy in trying winning all group matches when you are sure that one bad day at quarter-final stage will send you home. Hell ICC is being run by goofs or over-smart people who hell bent on overcooking the golden egg just to make more money but in the process they are making the world cup tedious . Please express your opinion about this ridiculous format.

I agree and endorse your view. Quarter finals are just to play more no. of matches so that money can be generated. It will not result in healthy and serious competition at group level.It should have been ommitted with direct semifinal.

Ridiculous thought.Pak may win world cup.Evidence the underdog indian team won the world cup in 1984. Any result is possible in cricket,

Don't think too much and unk derestimate pakistan. Worldcup is different ball game. Any result is possible.Pakistan may win this world cup by fluke or luck like india won the world cup by fluke in 1983or 85. After world cup west indias defeated the indian team in india 4-1 . Don"t forget the history . In cricket, world cup is just like a series not like football or tennis tournment.
I doubt Pakis will play this world cup!!!. They may cancel their trip citing some silly reasons. how can they can in the world cup in subcontinent except pakistan...
announcing their world cup team without a captain is just a formality.

Please don't write or demoralise any sports nation. It is not fair to write bad about pak team.Who knows they may win this world cup. Cricket is not like other sports. So becareful writing about your opinion. Be fair judge.
We saw that they almost dragged cricket to its knees,with the spot fixing scandal and drug issues with asif. And earlier too we have had big and small names, malik,younis,mujtaba,akram,ata-ur rehman etc, being shown guilty. And now with the world cup, i hope nothing will happen which comes in the way of enjoying the event. The Indian youngsters could have been tempted,with money and scandals, but instead they focussed on cricket and what we have is No1 in the world, and No2 in ODIs. Exact opposite are the pakistan team, out to bring bad name to the game. Hope the authorities keep a strict vigil on the matches played by them

Raina..LOL. Plzz, dont compare him with some of those frauds. He is one of the best young batsmen, and hes not the only one with problems with short ball(see kallis vs sree). I am talking about present btw, and todays team India stars are clean. In paks we had some players given life bans and few of them are back. Remember akmal in sydney test? Anyway, their team gonna lose before quarters, so peace.

he is not talking abt Raina's (in)ability to play short balls. He is talking abt Raina's (alleged?) bookie links which was covered up by the BCCI and it did not make much headlines. But everyone knows Indian team is not immune from fixing.
