Lucky Captain

Dhoni is indeed a Lucky Captain . With all other Captains India rarely used to win in close finish. However we should not forget our poor batting performance and give another thought to this vital issue .

Unlucky India
by IndiaStrong on Jan 17, 2011 09:59 AM

India was an unlucky team in 90's and early 2000s. Matches which India should have easily won were washed off by rains or very basis umpiring errors or inveitably something unlucky that happened for India that costed matches.

I think now it is time to sit back and enjoy India's luck. We also have highly talented pl

This smells fishy
by Gurjot Singh on Jan 17, 2011 07:40 AM

All these close matches in cricket seem very fishy. In 1980s when I was living in the USA in TV there were many wrestling matches. I was fascinated by them when I saw them for the first time, The participants were vfery wthletic, huge and fit. The matches were entertaining. But later I realized that eveything was fixed.
Cricket seems lately to resemble that a lot. I think ICC, BCCI, SA boards, Pakistan and everyone else is involved. Fans should booycott cricket unless it is cleaned up. Perhaps only Australia, England and West Indies are clean. this has become a joke.

Appreciate the Criket being played
by Bob Shivaram on Jan 16, 2011 07:31 PM

Criticism and match fixing scandalshave become the order of the day to the extent that we are no longer willing to look at the game as a game. Let us not unilaterally condemn the boys playing for the country and winning close games. They sweat and toil on the field and all we do in return is brush off their performance as "fixed". Most unfair. If we watch the games today , there is so much supervision that faking a play will rarely go unnoticed. There are enough hawks surveying and analysing every move.

The review system is not all perfect.

Remember 1st ODI rohit was not out and given out. 2nd ODI the victim was Botha.

No hard feelings.
