Kapil Dev retired 15 years back....cant u recall any other "greats" to have retired aftr him???? seems like ur D,a,d was a legend who inspired others to bear u

Ganguly has outplayed in IPL3 for KKR. He has always done well come-back in CRICKET. SRK should have pre-intemated Ganguly to withdraw his availability for IPL auction? Wasn't that a better option ?

Also there is no comparison in Kapil Dev and Ganguly. Kapil Dev is already retired from Cricket. Ganguly is still giving his good to CRICKET.

How can you conveniently forget that Ganguly has also retired and other than IPL does not play much cricket? (He played a Ranji match just to get some practice for IPL - SELFISH!)

Ganguly seems to be victim of politics.Somebody might have given hints for all the teams not to select Ganguly.

Very correct. He is a victim of Politics - His statistics shows that he has scored more than 10K in both the forms of Cricket.

Have kapil played for 22 years than sachin,then who is oldie in terms of no of cricketing life...understand u idiot B M

in fact, manvinder is the best possible choice for the Indian wicketkeeper slot after dinesh kartik, parthiv patel and saha were sold out. Even if KKR plays with another wicketkeeper Bisla is a handy bat at no. 3. If you look into the composition of the team, they needed one Indian batsman and one Indian bowling all-rounder to make the first eleven. Bisla is therefore a nice choice. Abdulla is little superfluous may be.
