The performance of the Australian Team is going down day by day and I think the day willo come that the present australian team will be at the bottom. The team has to be rebuilt with a new young leader. BST

What match did you watch ? The T20 champions just about managed to win on the last ball with one wicket.
Aus will always be competitive in the shorter formats. Their problem is skill at Test level.

Even in Tests, Australia have been pretty competitive. Any team can go through bad phase. We are looking at the all-conquering team of the 199 - 2007 period. There is no dearth of talent down under. They will remain a force in all formats of the game, at least in our life time. No doubts !

this is the worst australian team in 135 years they are making moderate england look good in tests.

Dear,I am not talking abotu a particular match. My main contention was that they are deterorating day by day after the arrival of Ponting as captain. He has not been able to maintain the leadership as his predecessors like Steve Waugh, Alan Border, Boby Simpson, Bill Lawry et all. I hope you would agree with me. Regards
