Why are u asking about 4th bowler even at the 1 hr before the start of a match we can't say who will be the 1 & 2 nd bowler

Thanx for displaying your "knowledge" of cricket, ODIs in particular, and conducting a 53 year research on Sachin specifically... ;-)

Well said mate, this is what Sachin would have expected after servicing indian cricket more than 20 years.

Criticize only when you have achieved more than what Sachin has, as achievers know what it really takes to be at that position and have respect for others.

botha & imran tahir
by rdanlal on Jan 12, 2011 12:50 AM

SA should go with botha & imran tahir, with excellent field unit SA can put lot of pressure on indian batsmen especially in the middle overs.india should open innings with vijay & virat to see through new ball from styen & sachin can come 1 down & see through 50 overs.rohit, yusuf, raina, dhoni, bhajji, ashwin, zaheer, nehra should be play.

Munaf...
by rajath on Jan 11, 2011 10:02 PM  | Hide replies

With just one off T20 performance, writers are eager to write him off bringing words like inconsistency..etc.If there is one bowler who has been most consistent it is only Munaf Patel,a brilliant bowler from Gujarat. Please authors...mind your words.

r u frm gujrat? the fact is munaf, nehra, sreesant n rp are absolutely useless bowlers. neither they cn bowl yorkers nor on good line/length, lazy fielders n batting is jst impossible for them. people wl say that sreesant bowled good against SA in test series bt whts his average n strile rate? test (35 average/ 60 sr) odi (32 average/32 sr). is one performance enough for a regular Indian bowler at international level?
cn v rely on such bowlers? definitely team India's performance wl be on strong batting line up n its batting wid which our team wl perform well in world cup. dese 4 bowlers r of no use.

The Indian blue dress
by razan on Jan 11, 2011 07:38 PM  | Hide replies

Do you agree that the new dress design & colour of our players is just horrible ? The major portion of the blue colour looks faded/jaded or over bleached while the deep blue colour area looks like the heavily sweated....credit must go to designer to showing the players hardwork on the field (looking profusely sweated even without moving much)
