since he is 'uncapped' indian player not part of Auction like Manish Pandey. Only who represented India at international level are included in Auction.

This is just a face saving press release from Madame Preity Zinta who gives maximum business to media by her paid press releases. This is to show the world that there was some "strategy" in the selection. Sure there was - srategy to lose. Hahahahah
