 Shud Dhoni reprimand his bowlers?

Indian bowlers have had a history of slow over rate. Sreesanth has further aggravated this situation. Should Dhoni be giving his piece of mind to his bowlers, especially Sreesanth, if he wants to avoid a 1 match ban
