Difficult to leave out Greats of the Game and make a team of 11 . Making such teams of 11 is uncalled for , but still team of geniuses

wonder why they missed out on Javed Miandad and Aravinda-de-Silva, two guys who could single-handedly kill the opponents. A debatable selection. I would also be tempted to choose Waqar Younis and Saeed Anwar as the opener which brings us to the point how the subcontinental players dominated the 50 over format.

Gilli is the best by a huge margin . He would be my first choice for ODI's even purely as a batsman - i consider him more destructive than even sewag as an opner
