The calcutta Bongs, Dalmia and CM of WB must thank Mr. Sharad Pawar for shifting the venue of WC Cricket match between India and England to Bangalore as calcutta Fans were spared the brunt of the Lathi large from WB state police, which the Bangalore Kannadigas got in plenty from their state police.Such possible fiasco is to be best avoided in a state which is to go for polls in few months from now, lest it would become a political issue for WB CM, when the political ambience is tense.

Kya bhakwas. What are you talking Anthony? So someone does something bad and gets away does not necessarily mean that I would get away if I do the same bad thing. Chandrasekhar is right. Did CAB know only 2 months before that world cup that they are hosting a match? Stop Supporting our administrators. They totally lack time management. I love Edens and would have loved if ICC gave more time just to see cricket in that ground but are we to blame them for not allowing this to happen - I would most certainly not, especially for the fault of administrators who are trying to escape yet again by suggesting a theory of conspiracy and seems even a educated person like you in fooled. BCCI/CAB - Stop the blame game. Do things right on time!

What you give to others comes back to you. You took sides with Greg Chappel and humiliated a dedicated, devoted, great cricketer like Sourav Ganguly. You did injustice to cricket and it is your time to get humiliated.

because of dalmiya, ganguly came to team don't forget that. but not to forget dalmiya is one of the ugliest to have in the board.

Dalmiya was the Godfather for Dada.. Without his support, it would ve been very tough for Ganguly to become a Dada.. Both are arrogant but headed the team in right direction.. Got out because of their arrogance itself!

What crap ! It was becoz of Dalmia that Ganguly got a spot in the team at the cost of Kambli. In fact ur statement would have been true if u had mentioned Kambli's incident instead of Ganguly. Kambli was shown the door for the flimsiest reasons just to make space for Ganguly - and that too after scoring two back to back double centuries.

I would say, properly moulded(By coach or Captain) kambli would have been better than the Dalmiya-cared Dada!!
Can u say, what sort of Captaincy credentials did Dada have before becoming Captain of the team??

Dude's please get facts right...please check kambli's performance before ganguly inclusion. it is true that dalmiya helped sourav's career but he was ridiculed for selection on the england tour...and he scored two back to back centuries and delivered to be in the team..and he got a chance because siddhu returned to india after a fight with azhar

No body comes for anybody's cost. Kambli did not had the passion, he was not atall serious. two players made their debut on same test Dravid and Ganguly both went a long distance only because of their dedication and discipline. One can be in or out of the team by some external force but to stay in the team and perform is only on individuals merit.
