It does NOT mean "reduce Australians to bird food". It means "Come, lets' feed kangaroos bird food". Lahiru Perera is an artist who focuses on humorous dance songs. When he talks about breaking the windows of the heaven, he's referring to the heaven mentioned in Buddhism (thavuthisa) which is the religion of the local majority. I'm myself not a fan of the singer or the song, but I'm not sure if anybody should take these lyrics all that seriously. He's just trying to be upbeat and funny. Anyway, he himself seems to have seen eye to eye.
