Are we Indians shameless?
by crook media on Feb 23, 2011 08:05 AM

Are we Indians shameless? Few days back a Congress journalist calls indians ugly, then a congress MP calls indians "bloody indians" and dogs. Next, they will say "Dogs and Indians not allowed in india. Only italians are allowed." We have become so shameless that no action has been taken against these. We have to raise voice against biased reporting. Google Search "Biased and Racist Journalism" and check the first link to understand how some journalists are fooling the nations. If you have any self respect share this with 10 friends atleast.

Richest cricket board in the world has worst stadiums.
by Kiran Ranganathan on Feb 22, 2011 12:47 PM  | Hide replies

Look at stadiums in australia, england or even south africa. Then take a look at the picture above or any cricket stadium in India. We have the worst stadiums in the world with stinking facilities. No proper seats, toilets and mainly no proper stands. Look at Perth, WACA, or SCG and look at our fate match cancelled at Eden Gardens due to under preparations. This just SUCKS and all the leeches are busy sucking money in IPL.

I agree with you. We have 3 problems.
1. Corruption
2. Corruption
3. Corruption

Unless that is eliminated, every country will laugh on us

Here is why is India the cancer of Asia:-

Over-corruptive
Over-populated
Over-conservative
Overcrowded
Poor
Illiterate
Dangerous
Ine fficient
Dirty
Unhygienic
Disrespectful
Dishonest
Intollerant
Prejudiced
Bigoted
Racist
Fascist
Inequality
Poor Human Rights
Lack of Freedom of Speech
Brainwashed (distracted with Bollywood, Cricket, Arranged marriages, modern-day enslavement, Religion)
Dumb-down
Democracy is fake (dummy)
Terrorist state - (India buys defective and useless Weapons of Mass Destruction, from the terrorist states:- USA, Russia, Israel, France and UK etc)
India will never gain anything from the foreign policy of the UK, Israel and USA.
India cannot beat China and Pakistan if attacked first.

Kumro, Those stadiums have open grassy seating area, for picnic like seating on a nice sunny day. Similar to Henman Hill in wimbledon. You cant compare that to the crap we have.

BCCI for some reason, does not invest in stadiums in India. They do contribute to funds elsewhere, but in India, they rely on local governments to maintain stadiums and loan it to them for matches. I would encourage them to build a few world class stadiums for cricket, but looking at what they did at Wankhede and Eden Gardens, it is pointless.

bombay
by Pavas Agarwal on Feb 22, 2011 11:44 AM  | Hide replies

The dominance of bombay in cricket was due to the politics which kept away many brilliant players from team india,we had players like shashtri and gavaskar who played whole day and made 20-30 runs at that time, there were no killer instinct coming from bombay even the calibre of tendulkar does not beleive in winning, the later stages saw players from south india, north, and east providing the killer instinct and made team india what it is today.

What do you know about Shastri? He was one of the best one day player. I think when you started seeing one day matches Shastri were scoring in very low rate. That was his decline period. Gavaskar was one of the best players we have ever seen. During his time one day was not like todays. 225 run in 50 overs was a big score in that times. Please dont comment stupid things if you dont know anything.

Dear Anish,
I agree with you that Gavaskar was one of the best batsman & Shastri also a good allrounder ut you will have to accept that both were made for the tests. If once Shastri has used long handle and hit six sixes does not make him a good one day player. Please do not take it other wise but this writer has a command as a spectator of the Cricket for the last more than forty years. Just for criticism one should not criticize.

What Difference????
by Rahul Miano on Feb 22, 2011 11:42 AM  | Hide replies

In what manner Wankhade and Eden Garden stadiums are different from one another as regards completion status is concerned as WC venues.

Only difference, is Wanhkade stadium has Mr. Pawars total backing, support and partonage which Eden garden doesn't, due to Pawar poltics with Mr. Dalmia.

What is the logic behind hosting a World cup final in a stadium with 33,000 capacity when there was Eden Gardens which can take about a lakh spectators!!!

Dirty regional politics.
