I think Ponting needs to calm down and he should accept the fact that his hey days is over. I think he still lives in daydream and always has a illusion that his best mates McGrath, Warnie and Gilly is still around him and he is still leading a invincible team. His captaining abilities has been under scanner since he took over from Steve Waugh....every one though that he is good but he proved everyone wrong with his "heroics" is Ashes. Coming to the world cup I think being not fully fit he needs to concentrate on VRS after the WC as even if he win here there is no guarantee for his place in one day team...although he has 1 or 2 years left in test but Australia needs some fresh thoughts and young blood !
This is Ponting's 5th WC and in all previous 4 occasions he played final. He was part of runner up team in 1996, part of winning team in 1999 and winning captain in 2003 ans 2007. Can anyone match this record. Sachin played 5 Wcs with only final in 2003!

no. not like that. because sreesanth shows his anger and temper to other player (with indian also)and he done more times. But ponting is a gud player and also a nice captain. They know hw to play and hw to go with his team. But sometime the anger is happened to everybody. I think this is the first mistake in ponting life (may be it will be last also). At present situation no one punished Australian captain.
