I second Ponting's thoughts/observations. In the Indian Subcontinent, dew is a big factor in determining the result of the game and teams prefer to chase down the totals due to DEW. I would suggest for changing the Game timings, instead of starting at 2.30 pm, have them started at 1 pm, to reduce the impact of the Dew. It makes lots sense to audience aswell, as most of the people who go watch the matches are preferring to go with families and with kids, changed timings also help in returning home early, not impacting next days schedule !!!
