win by this poor team in South Africa. Let see If they win again team india in 2009 hero honda series so why not they win world cup in flat pitches of indian sub continent.
This time again Bangladesh will punish India and help for early exit looks like. Winning two warm up game, having good records does not ensure we are in top and win against Bangladesh. It matters how we play that particular day. These guys are talking as if they are in cloud 9. Cricket is cool game don't be excited, otherwise we will pay the penalty.
this world cup becouse in knock out chamionship like champions trophy and world cup their performance is better then all other teams from 2003 to till date. They are current champions trophy champion and world cup champion so thier balance is best then other team. They know how to win champions trophy and world cup and specialist for winning these championship Sir Ricky Thomas Ponting come back again.
Else Bangla will have its laugh. May be the bowler Yuvraj has to help too. Tendulkar of course would do decently since he is good at accumulating his records with such weak teams.

Y r u so f**kin JEALOUS of Tendulkar???Even Steve Waugh got his last 2 centuries against Bangla Desh. So does that take away the fact that he WAS a GOOD batsman?? Tell me HOW MANY centuries has Sachin got against WEAK teams???
If not for revenge, to boost up the confidence of the team for the rest of the tournament; a "convincing win" with "huge margin" is required - Bangladesh has some good spinners and match will be played on spinning tracks - Therefore, if batsmen can show character i.e. Shewag can give initial momentum, Sachin cruise along to a century with middle-to-down order blasting up; it should sub-serve purpose - not a bad idea to send Yousuf Pathan as one or two down batsman; may be Dhoni can also fit the equation.

It is important if India bats first to score minimum 260-270 runs. That will be a winning total. 300 scores are not needed to beat Bangladesh. But 200-250 may be too low. So the goal should be to save wickets in the first 30 overs and then go for it in last 20. I would be happy with score of 150/1 or 150/2 after 30 overs with batting PP remaining.
Yusuf, Dhoni, Raina/Yuvi and whichever 2 is currently batting (Viru, Sachin, Gambir, Kohli) can tee off after that. 150-200 is easily possible in last 20 given this firepower.
So I don't agree with Yusuf coming 1 or 2 down unless it is after over no 35-40.

nice day dreaming. wake up now actual play is going to began soon.
Because it is the weakest team. shame on you for boasting like this. Do you have a good record against aussies, or south africa. I pray ( forget it), I know for sure, this match will be won by Bangladesh. As it is already fixed by betties.

He he he he he... This guy Shrikanth is great... (I know everything attitude). Everyone plays mind games before any match, they are part and parcel of a sport. Even Habibul Bashar made a comment that he is sure of a Bangladesh win.. 2eENk
