Kya Strategy, Wah

Dhoni bhai, u deserve to be paid highest in IPL, Ads for this Strategy. You are conserving Nehra & Sreesanths skills - hmm...wait until real matches they will leak 9 runs per over and our bloggers then will start Sachin for losing the game and world cup for 6th time.

excuse! again!
by Rajan Rajan on Feb 17, 2011 10:25 PM  | Hide replies

Because seamers were beaten to death in warm-up matches, Dhoni is now saying they didn't exert much effort.

The truth will come out in real matches.

Do not worry, Dhoni! I support your team and your captaincy but don't be a theetie-weetie by giving excuses for the failures. Accept it!

Be a man!

Dhobi is saying that NZ bowlers also did the same so he could blast them for useless 100. That is in fact true. Imagine a side which as been beaten left and right by pak which hardly play cricket matches.

Money, Money,...Money..only money
by S Shrikanth on Feb 17, 2011 08:30 PM  | Hide replies

MUMBAI: Indian cricket fans are not the only cheerleaders for the country at this month's World Cup -- advertisers , sponsors and broadcasters are counting on a home triumph to maximise their investment in the tournament.

The fate of India, one of the favourites for the tournament which gets underway this weekend, will determine the value of tens of millions of dollars that have been pumped in as advertising for the Feb 19-April 2 event.

"If India crash out of the World Cup, it will be devastating. Last minute ad rates will come down, ticket sales will be affected and the interest in the tournament will wane," analyst Rohit Maheshwari of consultancy K R Choksey told Reuters.

Its still a good enoughteam to beat any non subcontinent team. With Lee and Tait, you never know when India could be ending up with 210 all out again. Then if the spinners dont click- its all over.
