Dhoni not commenting himself, he is following the instructions of Srikanth. Dhoni just repeating Srikanth's words infront of media. It's same like Manmohan speach written by Sonia.
Selectors have given him a team of oldies paper tigers. No one could be sure if it was solely the team's performance or any marketing activities of cricket to the subcontinent elevated India to no.1, no.2 rankings. With this Dhoni is going into the world cup. But one thing never changes, the foolish crowd's expectation. Dhoni has to safeguard his properties. So a fatigue statement like this one should not hurt anyone, after all he now has an excuse when they exit out.
Compare that with the confidence he expressed just after winning IPL before the champions league. I think he said his IPL team would beat any team in the world in T20!

when (1) a person starts thinking he is smarter than he actually is. Characteristic of a f-o-o-l. (2) a person starts believing in all hype created around him ..again a characteristic of a f-0-0-l.
He was hyped as captain cool but in fact he is captain f-o-o-l. No doubt about it anymore.
Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has apparently been warned by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for breaching its ambush marketing clause for the World Cup that starts February 19.
Dhoni has been asked by the ICC to stop promoting and endorsing Sony and Aircel, which are the rivals of ICC's sponsors associated with the World Cup.
Drop him from the team and let him try to earn his endorsements on his own merit !

he has the convinience of sitting on the "captain's chair" and decide the fate of other hard working cricketers.... "Middle order has been disappointment", "The batsmen shld play more responsibly"... When this idiot makes such comments, he talks as if he is the coach and forgets that the middle order has him as well.. and also he is also a batsman, who has to play responsibly..
His technique against SA was ugly.. In fact there was no technique at all... and he thinks he can go to the media and talk for the team... s.h.u.t up and go and practise Dhoni... earn your place in the team as a batsman... your throne of captaincy is going to go off pretty soon!!

Dhoni never looked attractive with his technique from the beginning although he used to produce results by heaving and clubbing the ball all over the park.
That is missing these days. Now a days, he is just pushing the balls for singles most of the time and missing out on big hits. Hope we will see the old Dhoni and Yuvi back soon since the middle order is a concern. Sehwag and Yusuf are a 50-50, either hit or miss. Indian batting seems to rely more on the master Sachin, Gambhir and Kohli.
