Everone knows before start of WC that these 8 team would reach in the QF.42 matches just only for practice and ranking in the group. Overall format is very bad. Now the coming 7 matches are the real WC macthes.
this worldcup will be remembered for a long time because sreeshanth will single handledley will win the worldcup for INDIA . Hats off to you great player & it will be one man show in all matches of india . we have to give BharathaRathna to all selectors to include him in the team

He wouldnt have even made it to my school team .. simple line bowler any good batsman can hit him for 6 6s in an over.

Instead of Sreesanth is R.P. Singh is selected to WC a boon to our Team India. But unfortunately money power and mussle power works in our BCCI.

No one can forget his bowling performance in 2007 T-20 WC semifinal and final. He picked Hayden and S.Tanvir and turned the match in India's favour.

He was Hit for 2 Sixes by Tanvir before taking his Wicket however his Semi Final bowling was exceptional.

I thought he has an excellent chance to finish the over within 6 runs since Tanvir is just a Bowler and 12 runs in that over is in fact worst

RR was too high and pak batsman don't have other option and were trying to hit on every bowl.

No one was aware about his batting ability till that match. Actually he was last recognised player who can bat.

Tanvir has 4 first class hundred and his SR is very good in T-20 format which shows he can hit sixes.
