A captain can lead a team players by providing them their comfort zone. There is no need to perform himself good to motivate other players. Otherwise Sachin, Vettori, S.Malik etc are called very good captain.

He is just lucky to have a good team. If leadership win matches then india could not have been out in 1st round of 2009/2010 T20 wcup, 2008ICC oDI cup loosing all matches shamelesly under same captain dhoni. Also last two ODI series we lost at home agianst Aus 2-4 under same captain. We also lost last SA series 2-3, many traigular series final & also one Asia cup under same captain. He has won only when sachin/sehwag fired otherwise India has lost 80% of matches under his captaincy. Yes test is good as our team is too strong & consistent for last 10 yrs courtsey player like sachin, sehwag, dravid, laxman, kumble, zaheer eyc

I would go with only 2 seamer, Zak and Munna and 1 Spinner H Singh and Bat deep up to 8 with Pathan and relay on Yuvi, Pathan, Raina and Kohli to bowl 20 overs else I would prefer Ashwin at No.8 or No.9

Dhoni has confidence in Munaf but I don't have. Whenever India will defend small or average total (below 250), Munaf will not get wickets.

However he is instrumental in defending 200 against SA and his E Rate is Just next to Zak and in India he and Zak are the only current seamer having an E Rate lessthan 6. So that only I prefer Munna
