Pressure

Pressure
I have not seen Indian team winning matches under pressure consistently. For that matter, there is hardly any team, past and present, which can lay claim to consistently winning all matches under pressure.

Matches are won consistently by collective efforts only, which is possible only if the team is well balanced in all departments..batting, bowling, and fielding. A poorly balanced team can win one match here one match there under pressure, but not consistently.

What I mean is playing under pressure is highly overrated statement in cricket. Yes, in individual sport you can say player X play well under pressure.

India is poorly balanced side, it can only win match in bilateral series, which are of no significant....but can it win WC? I doubt it.

Boss, sachin had to face the quality bowlers like Mcgrath, Shane Warne, in World Cup 2003 Final. Ponting faced ok kind of bowlers. Our bowling has never good... !! For god's sake, do not compare Sachin with Ponting...!! Everyone including Ponting knows Sachin is way ahead..

Yuvraj Singh

He is one of the best timers and strokeplayers India has seen, moreso, he's a left hander. Very good player, but at times seems to go overboard. The concentration level, the committment level is a bit low when compared to the other regular but lesser gifted players. Should he keep fit physically and mentally - we would see him serve the country for a long long time and please millions of fans worldwide. As for me, he's one player I'd go miles to watch him bat and field !
God bless him with whatever he needs (Not the advertisment contracts and modelling etc - thats spoling him) !
Yuvraj, your fans trust and respect you much more than you do yourself !
All the best for the World Cup ! Let your bat do the talking and your fielding leave millions spellbound ! And ofcourse, when you turn your arm over - get us those vital breakthroughs too !

in my opinion he shuld retired, if cannot keep himself fit for the cricket games,he is been out of frm from last 2 yrs ,and unfit look tied all the time on the field,he was good 1 day player but he was nvr played a game winner knock to remember ,if we look at him and think he was the best timers of the ball, tht does nt make a sense,he need to prove himself there is lot guys waiting to get the chance in the team ,he is useless he shud nt get a chance to play in final 11for WC ,i dont care how stroking player he is shw with the bat ,you have played over 150 one dayers, your records does support you to be in the team, frm last 2 yrs you are out of frm.still got in WC squad stupid selection by selectors.

It is time you better understand the difference expectations and capability of meeting those expectations.
In India, cricket players, especially the young ones get hyped by media juts after one or two good performances and start attaching all kind of adjectives.
