It appears as though the Indian team is busy creating escape route excuses before the big tournament because they are secretly not confident of winning the World cup.
Being busy fussing to get the World cup for Sachin is an excellent excuse to give when they lose as they can say that they thought this would be Sachin's last World Cup and they wanted to get it for him but failed in the process.
This excuse will appeal to Sachin's overly sentimental fans and everybody will forgive them for losing.
Another thing that may happen is that Sachin could be "inspired" to continue playing till the next World Cup by this nonsense.
Chetan has realized this scam and is calling them out on it!!

Yes last two T-20 wcups played without sachin & out in 1st round. Asia cup & tringular series without sachin- India lsot both. SA series last ODI at home- sachin rested & India was thrashed by SA at home. Last two times Aus visited India - india was thrashed by AUs 4-2. India lsot all matches where sachin didn't click. Last SA series, sachin not there in last 3 ODIs & India was thrashed in 2 of them. India without sachin/sehwag in ODI & sachin/sehwag/dravid/laxman in test is a club level team not fit for International matches.

dravid also scored more than 10000 runs in one day and tests, and won more matches than sachin, why dont you praise him

By the way can anyone else from rest of the selected team for WC, other than Dhoni, can do some wicketkeeping..say some one who has done it for at least a few matches earlier in domestic games...?

Sachin for me is a failure when it comes to winning and playing for a team,
I am ready to bet my life if Virat, Raina or even a gambhir is promised to be allowed to play the same number of games as Sachin they would make more runs , hundreds than this idiot sachin...
What he has done is just earned millions for him and nothing else..
For me an Akram, jayasurya, inzy , ponting , is more important than him because they could win the cup,

What you subconsciously mean is that the TEAMs of Akram, jayasurya, inzy , ponting could win he world cup. 1 or 2 ppl cant win the world cup.
Opportunity to play for 20 yers is not given but achieved. Its not a government job to be 'given' Come out of your socialist syndrome & try to achieve rather than to ask for opportunities.

Akram, Jayasurya Inzy, Ponting were part of the worldcup winning team, they didnt win the world cup. Ur cricketing knowledge is so low that u shud not even post here & prove ur immaturity
