lot can be written about kind of material certain sports shoes are made and it is sometimes kept a secret. lot of wrong information is written on shoes so indian sports people dont have proper ones.
Second factor is lack of Properly enriched soya protein and whey protein diet as a booster instead of having meat from unhealthy, chemically laced, hormone fed, antibiotic fed and sick animals of all sorts.
