Big Mouth

Even the big guys in Aussies team is simply shutting their mouth. This guy with club level experience is talking big mouth.

Indians were intentionally bowled average in this club match. Don't expect they will leave you easily in a big stage.

:-)... But please remember that our bowlers intentionally bowl average in test matches too. Remember Wankhede and England?

Sania Mirza, dont ever assume that our bowlers WILL bowl well always. Zaheer and/or Ishant dont look like they will last for the entire series....... Please dont foolishly say that our bowling was average intentionally :) Be practical.....

this guy haven't played a single test and see how much attitude. Another Ponting in making but only from mouth.
In cricket, slightest of over confidence in self and thinking opposition is weak can bring downfall of any big cricketer and this guy is even not started.
The match he played was not even first class.
It is good for India. He will be surprised when the actual test match will start and Zaheer/Ishant will bowl with full intensity and purpose.
India is going to win this series.

rotation allows for rehabilitation for all bowlers.
by D S on Dec 21, 2011 04:42 PM

so selectors should have plan to have most of the team with 100% fitness. even yadav went away once due to injury.

rehabilitation(massage, mild therapy water rehab, etc) is possible for bowlers coming out of injury. It can be rotation of 2-3 over between three bowlers.
For example, here is rotation plan for bowler x, y and z for 3 over spells.
3(x), 3(y), 3(z)
the bowler coming out of injury is x can do 3 over spell before going for rehab while the next "two bowlers" y and z complete 3 overs between them.
x comes of rehab and does 3 over spell with only y or x from opposite end or "both y and z" rotating on opposite end.
Many combinations are possible such that x can have rehab after 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 over spell depending on his ease and recovery level. we can also send y and z for rehabilitation during the bowling rotation.

Indian bowlers may be unfit, but you are probably unaware of BCCI FIXING Power, so keep your mouth SHUT

This guy Cowan is yet to make his debut and already started playing the mind games? Doesn't he remember that even in the Oz side, they have injury problems for bowlers like Mitchell Johnson and others..??

While I am not saying the Indian bowlers are 100% fit, let him play the game of cricket and not the mind games.

He is just making some harmless comments and is saying the fact about the current fitness issues revolving around our bowlers. He is not cooking up anything. So we should object to that. We should blame Zak and Ishanth for lack of consistency in fitness for others to pass comments. And by the way this guy might not have had a test expeience but he has played enough first class cricket and is around 30 yrs. So we can expect some maturity in thinking as well.

Cant say our bowlers were bad during the practise matches. zaheer and ishant were having a bit of exposure and bowling practise before the real battle. they will be at full throttle in the series and i do hope so. might be also a team strategy not to expose bowlers too much as aussie players could be watching.

Let us hope it to be that way and expect Zak and Ishanth to fire on all cylinders. If the truth is otherwise, we will have some really embarrassing moments.
