there should be a motivating factor for any person to achieve something..especially when you are young, one will have the energy and bubbling enthusiasm..ponting for his age, has got nothing to prove, nor he has the age in his side to dream big as he has achieved more than his expectation..time he packs his bags sooner than getting humiliated by selectors..same applies to sachin as well..he has achieved his dream of winning the world cup..may be one last shot at winning the series down under would be in his mind..after this series, even if he performs well, he should announce retirement..

we cant be the same when we were 20, 30, 40 so on..the mind will be more sharp and mature when the age grows but not the body..

thats why people at 30 tend to blossom more than at 20 or 40 because at this age, mind and the body will be at equilibrium..that means, what the mind says the body will respond the same way and vice versa..

Let us be clear that it is a team game and not individual game like tennis, badminton. It is not even a doubles game. This is more like soccer or hockey where we need all or atleast handful of good players to win the game.
